Every programme follows the same path from idea to product, under the same rules on ethics, data and intellectual property.

Stage gates

A programme moves to the next stage only when it passes the gate.

Explore: Define the national problem, who needs the result and the research questions. Gate: a named pilot partner is interested.
Prototype: Build a working proof of concept in a UAE-hosted lab. Gate: it solves the core problem on real or realistic data.
Pilot: Run it with one or two partners under a pilot agreement. Gate: measured results the partner signs off.
Productise: Harden and package it as a Futurixone product or module. Gate: security review, documentation and pricing ready.
Scale: Roll out across the UAE, then the region.

A programme enters the lab only when it passes four tests.

A UAE policy, regulator or public-sector priority needs it now.

An organisation will use and pay for the result.

It builds on something Futurixone or its partners already have.

The result can be built, hosted and owned in the UAE.

Sovereign by default: Research data, models and results are hosted and owned in the UAE.
Responsible AI: Guardrails, bias testing and human oversight on every AI system.
Privacy first: Personal data is minimised, anonymised where possible and handled under the UAE PDPL and the DIFC Data Protection Law.
Security built in: Every prototype is built to the same SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001-aligned practices as our products.
Open collaboration, protected IP: We partner widely, and the intellectual property Futurixone creates stays with the company in the UAE.
